Everyone know's the risks of your social life, as documented on Facebook / MySpace etc, being used by recruiters to vet applications. New research by Badenoch & Clark suggest that 62 percent of British bosses look at Facebook, MySpace or other social networking sites to determine the suitability of candidates. The report found that almost two-thirds of respondents said the contents influenced a recruitment decision, while a quarter admitted to going back on a decision to hire a candidate because of what they found online.
