Hello All
This post is a little more serious than most but, If you've got a few minutes to spare, why not read our employee referral White paper. "Employee Referral Schemes: A Strategic Recruiting Imperative" lays down our vision for employee referral schemes and what has to change in order for everyone - candidates, employees and employers - to fully realise the potential benefits of employee referral.
Your thoughts and comments are welcome.

"There's money in them their referrals!"
We’ve been putting together some figures on exactly how much corporate employee referral schemes pay for a successful referral and the results will be to your liking! From the responses we've had so far the average bonus paid depends on whether you refer a graduate / entry level or an experienced hire.
The averages we have so far are approximately:
- Graduate / Entry level referral bonus = £1,500
- Experienced hire referral bonus = £3,000
Of course these are averages so don't get too excited until you've confirmed the bonus you're eligible for in your company's employee referral policy.
These bonuses are paid to the employee (Mole) direct from their employer as part of their salary. While these are average figures the fact there is a financial reward at all reflects the high value employers place on employee referral.
So what are you waiting for? Join now and get involved!
Happy Moling!
